Once any planning consents have been obtained, a new set of hurdles has to be overcome in the form of Building Regulations, which are a complex system of requirements put in place by the Government to ensure that all buildings are designed and constructed to a sufficient standard. We will always design to comply with the necessary Building Regulations.
