Introduction

At Croft Surveyors, our surveyors are lucky to have clients who pay them to work in one of the most beautiful parts of the country, where most people have to limit themselves to a week’s holiday. They can enjoy a coffee on the beach, lunch at Exeter Quayside and finish early with their mountain bike or surfboard in the car.

We aim to allow our Building Surveyors to work in the place they want to live, doing the type of work they enjoy, with flexibility in working hours, and excellent support to assist them. We trust our staff to look after our clients and provide the highest quality of advice – but this doesn’t mean work has to be boring or predictable.

Due to the firm’s success and ever-growing client base, Croft Surveyors are looking for an experienced/qualified Chartered Building Surveyor, but equally we can train up an enthusiastic graduate. The candidate will be based in Somerset or Devon (our offices are currently located in Torquay, Totnes, Exeter and Taunton) but working throughout the South West, controlling their own workload (depending on experience) which may be as varied or specialised as they wish.
