Croft Surveyors were delighted to be asked by the Forestry Commission to design and oversee the conversion of a run-down garage and toilet block in Cardinham Woods near Bodmin into modern WC and changing-room facility, to complement the newly completed mountain-bike trail centre.
The refurbished block is clad in locally sourced Larch, with a matching Larch frame supporting a slate-grey steel roof canopy over, allowing the building to sit comfortably in its wooded valley setting.
