Mobile Home Surveys
Surveying a mobile home involves many of the same skills as surveying a “bricks and mortar” house, but with our experience of surveying and monitoring modifications to mobile homes over the past 20 years, we have a better knowledge than most of the particular design requirements and points where failure can occur.
Of particular concern is compliance with mobile homes legislation – this is very different from a conventional house and if the legislation is contravened, the home could become valueless.
