Croft Surveyors carried out the technical design aspect of this project, including production of CAD drawings to achieve building regulations approval, and preparation of a written specification. We then tendered the project with a shortlist of local trusted builders, and after selection, we administered and monitored the project to completion. It involved some difficult design challenges like the unsymmetrical and substantial oak trusses, and forming a link between two independent and formerly poorly connected parts of the building, to create internal fluency. The high specification kitchen and interior fit out provided the showpiece.
