Our client had owned this rather tired 1930’s holiday home near Dartmouth for several years before asking Nick Burrows of our Totnes branch to design an extensive remodelling and modernisation scheme to include a chic new kitchen extension, new terracing, replacement windows and doors, contemporary Cedar and stone cladding, and a swimming pool with breathtaking sea views.
